Pinnacle was hired as the prime contractor for this design build replacement of the domestic hot water plant and ancillary systems. The project included phased implementation of the scope of work to minimize shut-downs and disruptions in an active building. Pre-planning, scheduling and prefabrication played an important role in keeping operations functional and or affect the guest’s experience.
