Pinnacle acted as prime contractor for the replacement of the heating and domestic water systems at the luxury condominium building in Charlestown. This included the existing large gas fired boilers with (4) new high efficiency condensing boilers serving the building systems from the penthouse mechanical room. The project included removal and replacement of a large area of roof, steel structure and decking to accommodate removal and installation of the large equipment as well as new piping and controls for the replaced equipment.
