The project consisted of renovation of the existing Pool, Fitness and Spa areas located on the third and fourth floor of the hotel, as well as fit-out of the One Post Office Square Lease space. A new air handling unit, fan powered VAV boxes, exhaust fans, electric heaters connected with new ductwork, piping and controls where all part of the scope.
