Complete renovation of a 10-story 153,000 sf building to new class A office and laboratory space. The project consisted of new supply air handlers, rooftop chillers, packaged pump house, and energy recovery exhaust air handlers. A VRF heat pump system was installed to serve the office portion of the renovation.
