This project consisted of a new 4-story 102,000 sf LEED Gold premier laboratory and office space, collaboration and conference rooms spaces. Pinnacle installed new chillers, boilers, air handlers and energy recovery systems for the project. New boilers and pumping system was installed as a pre-fabricated packaged on the roof.
