Conversion of 170,000SF (7 Floors) of existing office space to mixed 60/40 office/lab spec suites. Each floor to be delivered with all new house gas, pure water, domestic water, and non-potable water supply, as well as future special gas infrastructure. Each floor is served by its own dedicated on-floor AHU’s, and provided with heating and cooling through new chillers, cooling towers and high pressure steam station, as well as a building energy recovery system.
